Beto Election Night Watch Party
Photography by Vicky Pink - Democrats came full of momentum in hopes of starting a blue wave in Texas on Election Night. Although a lot of Democrats had great wins, the biggest of them all with Beto O’Rourke did not happen. That loss still did not dull the energy of the Democrats. They cheered on those who won and vowed never to stop in the battle of doing what is right and just for all Americans. Some in attendance Dr. Elwyn Lee, Sherry Browning, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Bishop James Dixon, Judge-elect Sharon Burney, Shekira Dennis, Gerald Womack, Judy Foston, State Rep. Carol Alvarado and HISD Board Trustees Wanda Adams & Rhonda Skillern Jones.
