Maggiano’s Little Italy® Now Offering Full Brunch Menu

More than likely you highly anticipate Fridays as much as we do. Why? For the weekend of course! And what does one do the best on weekends? Brunch! On behalf of Houston Style Magazine, I had the pleasure of sampling the new brunch menu at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Memorial City and from what was presented, there is no doubt that their brunch is a hit.

Being a foodie and active participant of brunch on Sunday’s, I am always looking for new spots to try. My first choice is hardly ever a chain restaurant, but quite honestly, I have always enjoyed Maggiano’s. The food is always tasty so I knew I would definitely be in for a tasty treat.

Upon arrival I was greeted with samplings of Mimosas, Bellini’s and Italian Bloody Mary’s. My recommendation? Definitely the Bellini’s!

After sampling a few libations, I was treated to a brief description on the history of Maggiano’s and why they decided to roll out a brunch menu – which was due to high customer demand. (So, to everyone out there, thank you for making this happen!) Afterwards, a first-hand demonstration of how they make their famous Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. With just a few simple ingredients, a skillful flick of the wrist- fluffy and wonderfully lemony pancakes was presented and yes I tried to eat them all up. Because of the unique lemon flavor, no syrup was required, as it would cover up the tasty lemon flavor. Add a little fruit and freshly whipped cream on top and you have the perfect Lemon Ricotta Pancake. By the way, please do not leave without trying these pancakes.

The all new #MaggBrunch at Maggiano’s Little Italy debuted for daily and weekend brunch menus on Feb. 28th and has been stirring quite a buzz within the foodie community since then. Delicious brunch menu items range from vegetarian frittatas to eggs Benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes with whipped cream and berries (hungry yet?). Bread service, a signature item at Maggiano’s, will be given a brunch spin with a new complementary orange streusel cake to start things off (yes, mouth watering good).

Several other traditional brunch items have been given that special Maggiano’s Italian twist. I sampled several different items, but a few that stood out to me were the vegetable frittata and crème brulee French toast that is served with Nueske bacon (yummy)!

And for the “little brunchers” Maggianos offers brunch options that are sure to satisfy even the finicky of eaters.

Overall, whether Saturday or Sunday, YOU MUST TRY Maggiano’s #MaggBrunch! From the good food, to delicious cocktail pairings and fun atmosphere, you will not be disappointed spending your weekend at Maggiano’s. And, besides… who doesn’t like brunch? Oh, and for the “little brunchers” Maggianos offers brunch options that are sure to satisfy even the finicky of eaters.

Brunch is now being offered seven days a week from 10:30 or 11 a.m. – depending on the market – to 3 p.m. at all 52 restaurants across the country, the chain announced.
