Born and raised in Plaquemine, Louisiana, Reginald relocated to Houston, Texas in August of 2006 to attend Texas Southern University. Reginald Dominique quickly took the networking approach to his advantage by getting out and being recognized. Reggie decided upon entry to Texas Southern University to adhere to the schools motto, "Excellence In Achievement". Now, an Alumnus Tiger, Class of 2011 with a BA Degree in Mass Communication (Radio, Television, and Film Broadcasting) while minoring in Journalism, Reggie use his accolades which contributes to his negotiation and leadership skills that are above average as a result of his interactions with diverse populations and varied organizations.

While working thought out the media industry, Reggie developed an interest in the business side of entertainment while interning under the direction of Mathew Knowles in 2007 at Music World Entertainment for two years. There, he started his own Public Relations Company (at that time with no name). What began as a project to help a friend, blossomed into an on going adventure. Reggie's fledgling company, Perfect Publicity©, quickly expanded to include public relations, videography, marketing, and social media services. Meanwhile, his rapidly growing client base fell for his warm and personal approach to business and appreciated his professionalism and determination at such a young age.

Reggie currently serves as Houston Style Magazine's Lead Videographer/Editor, Social Media Editor and Contributing Journalist/Reporter.
