Before you can market, sell or even open a business, you must be vigilant in honing your leadership skills. I am Joi Beasley, a Houston business owner for the last 16 years. Houston has so many great programs that teach us to how to sell, market, operate, purchase, accounting, finance, etc. all the elements of doing business. What I have found there are a lot assumptions about small business owners, their #2s, CEOs and the C-Suite. The assumption is they were taught to lead. Leading is a lifelong learning journey that has to grow and develop as our businesses grow and develop.

No! This isn’t a “Tedtalk”. This is an authentic conversation with business leaders, who are open to sharing their real world experiences and ideas so that we can all move forward. They are ready to inspire, encourage and transform your way of doing business. We are bringing these leaders to chit, chat and chew together with professionals and business leaders like yourselves looking to grow their leadership skills. We're thrilled to announce this business symposium has been exclusively curated for the ambitious CEO, business executives, and professionals ready to elevate as leaders and propel forward. This event is a unique opportunity to explore how to expand your leadership abilities, grow your businesses, and adopt a new mindset to push your organization beyond pivoting external circumstances to propelling to your next great level. Join us for a deep dive into advancing our businesses and cultivating leadership skills to achieve growth and success. We believe this symposium will provide you with the following valuable benefits.

Joi Beasley’s super power is focusing on what drives an organization or professional and then liberating that. “I give people permission to be who they are professionally and have fun doing it.” When organizations and the professionals that make up that organization are given the opportunity to do what they do best, they THRIVE.
