Olio & Farina, a Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen Pizza Tasting Concept, has launched Brunch service at their premiere location in the Spring and Tomball area.

Inspired by the iconic flavors of the world, Olio & Farina offers a unique dining experience that is sure to delight patrons as well as offer the chance to sample dishes beyond the typical pizza choices.

This neighborhood eatery is where pizza is on-trend, from simple to sophisticated palates with hand-stretched, made-from-scratch Romo style pizzas topped with unique flavors, textures, and ingredient combos. Also available are select wines and signature hand-crafted cocktails that pair perfectly with the deliciously distinctive pizza as the heart of it all.

For Brunch, which begins at 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday, diners can eat pizza to their heart’s content as servers bring around 18 different pies right to the table, ranging from traditional red sauce options to pesto pizza and an elutes-topped offering. Dessert pizza, including a Nutella-pizza sweet pie and blueberry ricotta pizza is also on the menu.

Olio & Farina was launched by Anthony Russo, Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen Founder and CEO. Russo’s, known for their creative, authentic Italian dishes, is proud to offer this innovative approach to dining, which is the first of its kind in the Greater Houston area.

Guillermo Medellin, owner of Olio & Farina, said he’s thrilled to be part of Russo’s new dining concept. “We were looking to evolve the pizza concept in a market that can set us apart as something different. We want Olio & Farina to be a place where people can have great food and a social dining experience,” he stated.

Diners can also enjoy freshly crafted Brunch cocktails, signature cocktails as well as local and imported craft beer. Cost is $24.95 adults, $14.95 ages 3-12, and children under three are complimentary. Prices do not include tax, tip, beverages, or alcohol.

The restaurant also hosts dinner service on weekdays 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekends.
