Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth has confirmed that early voting for the May 28 Primary Runoff Elections will begin as scheduled on Monday, May 20, 2024. Despite the significant disruptions caused by last Friday's storm, the county is prepared to open 44 vote centers for early voting from May 20 to May 24, operating daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
