He was the leader of one of the most dominant NFL teams in history and earned his place in the Pro Football Hall of Fame with his grit, fearlessness and skill while playing with the Patriots and Dolphins.

A journey of 100 seasons began with a single step. For the National Football League, that step was made by RALPH HAY, owner of the Canton Bulldogs. Hay's simple initiative was to invite owners of three other Ohio teams – the Dayton Triangles, Cleveland Indians and Akron Pros – to a meeting at his Canton auto showroom to discuss forming a league. Three issues prompted the meeting: Dramatically rising salaries, players jumping from one team to another following the highest offers, and teams illegally using players still in college. That initial meeting conceived the foundation of the league, originally called the American Professional Football Association, on August 20, 1920.

That same day, the FBI arrested a suspect was charged with stealing the personal information on March 22 and 23. The apparent focus of the financial theft was credit card applications filed with the bank between 2005-2019.

The discriminatory effects standard, which the U.S. Supreme Court recognized in its 2015 decision in Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project, allows plaintiffs to challenge unjustified policies and practices that disproportionately harm members of protected classes or that perpetuate segregation.
Governor Abbott Appoints Eight To Rehabilitation Council Of Texas
Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Lonny Matthew “Matt” Berend, JoAnne Fluke, Paul Hunt, and Crystal Stark to the Rehabilitation Council of Texas for terms set to expire on October 29, 2021, and Cheryl Fuller for a term at the pleasure of the Governor. Additionally, he appointed Colton J. Read, Lisa Cowart, and Joseph “Joe” Powell for terms set to expire on October 29, 2021. The council works with the Texas Workforce Commission to advocate for people with disabilities in the vocational rehabilitation process.
