20th Century Fox has released three New Character Posters for Hidden Figures to celebrate the film’s wide release this Friday! These 1960’s inspired character posters feature Taraji P. Galveston Historical Foundation Becomes Steward of 1920 City National Bank Building
Galveston Historical Foundation (GHF) recently accepted one of Galveston Island’s most significant downtown buildings. The 1920 City National Bank Building, owned by Ross Moody, a trustee of The Moody Foundation and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of National Western Life Group, was donated to GHF in June. Located in the Central Business District at 2219 Market, the City National Bank building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (1984) and recognized as one of the city’s most important early 20th century buildings.

(On Average-800 votes per precinct, 25,000 per county and 200,000 votes per senate district. More numbers will be shared at the State Party Convention, in Dallas, July 14-16, 2022.)

Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Mary Pincoffs Wilson and appointed Janelle Shepard to the Texas Woman's University Board of Regents for terms set to expire on February 1, 2019 and February 1, 2021, respectively. Additionally, the Governor appointed Bernadette Coleman, Jill Jester, and Kathleen Wu for terms set to expire on February 1, 2023.
