The butchers, bakers and bartenders at Hopdoddy Burger Bar are proud to introduce a refreshed menu across all locations on Tuesday, May 8. In addition to the popular mainstay burgers Hopdoddy fans have come to know and love, the updated menu includes a “shareables” section featuring a new selection of loaded fries, a new milkshake menu, a revamped cocktail program and more.

The menu refresh is part of Hopdoddy’s commitment to offering a wide variety of creative, from-scratch dishes made with ingredients and products from the best farmers, ranchers and brewers around the country.

SPANKIN’ NEW ITEMS: SHAREABLES, SHAKES & SIPS

To complement the current selection of creative burgers, Hopdoddy’s culinary team developed a new lineup of sides and sips featuring innovative flavor combinations and downright tasty ingredients.

Hopdoddy’s expanded “shareables” section takes the burger bar’s hand cut Kennebec and sweet potato fries up a notch with crave-worthy toppings. In addition to the fan-favorite Parmesan Truffle and Green Chile Queso Fries, new shareables include Buffalo Fries topped with buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, chives, ranch and Hot Honey and Sage Fries featuring sweet potato fries smothered with sweet-spicy honey and fried sage + rosemary.

Dessert lovers can choose from five new shakes made with a thicker, creamier vanilla custard. New flavors include S’mores featuring graham cracker crumbles, chocolate and toasted marshmallow, Strawberry Shortbread made with strawberry, vanilla buttercream, shortbread crumble and more.

Behind the bar, Hopdoddy is rolling out new sips made with premium spirits and house-blended liqueurs. Highlights from the refreshed cocktail menu include the Pineapple Daquiri made with Plantation 3 Stars Rum, lime, Monin Pineapple-Chipotle and Angostura bitters and the 3 Whisky LIT featuring Jameson, Old Forester, Wild Turkey, Camarena Reposado, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Cola and lime.

During happy hour, every Monday – Friday from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., all signature sips, featured drafts, wine and shareables are priced at $5.

THE ULTIMATE BOND BETWEEN HOPS & DODDY: THE BREW SERIES

To further strengthen the collaboration with local craft beer partners, Hopdoddy is introducing the “Brew Series” as part of the new menu roll out. The Brew Series will highlight local craft breweries across the country on a monthly basis.

For the Brew Series launch in May, Hopdoddy will shine a spotlight on craft IPAs with the Elvis Burger featuring an Angus beef patty topped with American cheese, Applewood bacon, local IPA whipped peanut butter and sliced banana on a house baked egg bun. Pint specials from local brewery partners like Austin Beerworks, Revolver Brewing, Uncle Bear’s Brewery, Ballast Point Brewing and Bottle Logic Brewing will be available across the country.

During happy hour, pints and the featured burgers—a limited-time, handcrafted burger that pairs well with or incorporates one of the month’s featured beers—will be priced at $5. Fans can expect a spotlight on local hefeweizens along with the Kahuna Burger in June, followed by a saison feature and the Carolina Burger in July.
