Supreme Court to Hear Case of Sergio Hernandez

The Supreme Court will hear the case involving the shooting death of 15-year old Sergio Hernandez by U.S. border patrol agent Jesus Mesa in 2010. Hernandez was on the Mexican side of the border when he was killed.
